NEW RURAL DEAN ANNOUNCED
Bishop Martin is delighted to announce that the next Rural Dean of Waveney and Blyth will be The Revd Rich Henderson (from 1 January 2020). Rich will be licensed as Rural Dean on 7 January 2020 at 7pm at St Luke’s, Beccles. Please pray for Rich as he prepares for this new chapter in his ministry.

REYDON CINEMA in St Margaret’s Church On Thursday 17 October at 2pm our next film will be six times Academy Award nominated ‘Lion’. ‘This true story of an orphaned Indian boy who locates his mother years later via Google Maps is given the treatment it deserves in this intelligent, heartfelt film’. CHARITY QUIN IN CONCERT NOVEMBER 1 SOUTHWOLD URC AT 7.30PM
Charity (wife of Rev. Charles Croll) will be singing some songs from her new album at the URC on November 1. Free Admission with a retiring collection. The concert includes Song-Stories of women who found themselves healed, freed and filled with joy, peace and new hope. ALL SOULS’ SERVICE SUNDAY 3 NOVEMBER. ST MARGARET’S REYDON AT 3PM
All are welcome to attend this service where we will remember by name all those who have died and especially those in the past year, whose funerals we were privileged to officiate. Please pass any names that you wish to be read out to the Vicar or Churchwardens.
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
There are lots of Christmas Child Shoeboxes waiting to be filled at St Margaret’s Church. Across the Sole Bay Team we managed to fill 127 boxes last year and hope to increase our number this year. Please ring Sue Puddifoot on 07740 286553 for more information. Last date for collection will be November 18th. Unfortunately no toothpaste or sweets can be included this year. Thank you.
