In light of the enhanced lockdown announced by the government it has been decided, for the time being, in order to keep our church family safe, to provide limited mid-week worship and online/home worship on Sundays.

For added security sometimes we may welcome people via a Waiting Room. You don’t need to join the service any differently from normal, there may just be a slight delay.

Most Church buildings will remain open every day for individual private prayer.
Prayer point: We pray for us all as we continue to live under very tough restrictions. We pray for the widespread roll out of the vaccine. We remember the lonely, bereaved and those who are now unemployed due to the pandemic.
Giving to Bishop’s Lent Appeal for kagera (following on from last Sunday’s talk)
It is simple to give to the Bishop’s Kagera Appeal. Please look at the ‘Donate now’ button on the website at www.cofesuffolk.org/bishops-lent-appeal. This takes care of gift aid as well.
Easter Remembrance Lilies in St Edmunds If you would like us to include a lily in remembrance of someone special please can you let me know. Each lily will cost £5 and money should be placed in an envelope, complete with your details, and popped through Laurence Clarke’s post box at Sarum End, Salisbury Road, Southwold. Daily Hope prayer hotline Available 24 hours 0800 804 8044, for those who have no or limited access to the internet offering options including hymns, prayers, reflections and advice on Covid-19.
Food Bank Donations
Thank you for all the your support so far – The Sole Bay Foodbank (working with Lowestoft Foodbank and Trussell Trust) is currently very short of the following items:-Tinned Fish, Tinned Tomatoes, UHT Milk, Rice Pudding, and Tinned Fruit. Please bring your donations to John and Jan Collins house at 19 Lakeside Park Drive or phone 01502 725731 for collection. Also, now a collection point in Blythburgh Church – just inside the main door, beside the Traidcraft stall. If anyone is aware of someone in financial difficulties and/or need who could benefit from a food parcel please encourage them to contact the VHC in the first instance (01502 724549) or email@example.com.
