St. Edmund’s Southwold Flower Festival Weekend Friday 7th September to Tuesday 11th.
All things bright & beautiful festival will be open September 8th to 11th from 10-4 except during services. Preview evening on September 7th from 7-9. Cream teas will be on offer on Sunday 9th between 2 – 4. Hot and cold drinks, cakes and biscuits, jams and gifts for sale will be available thought the festival. There will also be a butterfly trail for young enthusiasts to follow around the Church. Do please come and enjoy the festival. SOLEBAY PARISH WALK – Sunday 9 September
A walk has been arranged by Ruth Davis from Southwold Harbour to the Anchor Inn in Walberswick. Meet at The Harbour Inn at 12.30pm. There is also an optional lunch at The Anchor. Please ring Ruth (01502 722820) to book a place.
Tour and Evensong of St Edmundsbury Cathedral. Sunday 7 October
A tour has been arranged, especially for The Sole Bay Team, to have a tour of the cathedral, attend
Evensong and have tea on Sunday 7 October. The cost is £13 per head for the return coach trip. Pick ups from 12.00pm have been arranged from Southwold, Reydon, Wangford and Blythburgh.
