From Sunday 28 March (Palm Sunday) we will return to worship in our churches, with the same restrictions before the latest lockdown (e.g. wearing of face masks and social distancing) as before.  Services will be live streamed via YouTube from St Margaret, Reydon for those continuing to join us from home.

Holy Week Services

Monday 29th March at 7.00pm: Compline, including the Stations of the Cross via Zoom ID 816 6894 1947; Passcode 485777

Tuesday 30 March at 6.30pm: Holy Communion, including the Stations of the Cross via Zoom ID 876 2388 5973; Passcode 787348

Wednesday 31 March at 10.00am Holy Communion in St Andrew, Walberswick and at 7.00pm: Compline, including the Stations of the Cross via Zoom ID 812 9531 7536; Passcode 498124

Maundy Thursday 1 April at 10.00am in St Edmund, Southwold and at 7.00pm in St Margaret, Reydon: Holy Communion, including the Commemoration of the Last Supper and the the Stripping of the Altar

Good Friday 2 April at 10.00am in St Edmund, Southwold: Ecumenical Service, and at 2.00pm in St Margaret, Reydon marking the last hour of Jesus’ life.

Easter Sunday 4 April: Worship in all our churches, including an 8.00am Holy Communion Service at St Margaret, Reydon and St Edmund, Southwold.

Please note that all services from St Margaret, Reydon will be live streamed on our YouTube channel. Search on YouTube for St Margaret, Reydon. The 9.30am Family Serrvice from St. Edmund’s will be live streamed via Facebook.

Most Church buildings will remain open every day for individual private prayer.

Food Bank Donations  

Thank you for all the your support so farThe Sole Bay Foodbank (working with Lowestoft Foodbank and Trussell Trust) is currently very short of the following items:-Tinned Fish, Tinned Tomatoes, UHT Milk, Rice Pudding, and Tinned Fruit. Please bring your donations to John and Jan Collins house at 19 Lakeside Park Drive or phone 01502 725731 for collection. Also, now a collection point in Blythburgh Church – just inside the main door, beside the Traidcraft stall. If anyone is aware of someone in financial difficulties and/or need who could benefit from a food parcel please encourage them to contact the VHC in the first instance (01502 724549) or
