Henham Steam Rally is taking place today 10am to 6pm.

 

A service of Dedication of the restored medieval glass will be led by Bishop Tim Stephens & Revd. Simon Pitcher at Holy Trinity Blythburgh on Sunday 25th September at 11am.  This service forms part of the Friends of Holy Trinity Open Day 11am – 3.30pm.  There will be an illustrated talk on the art of stained glass conservation by Stephen Clare, founder of Holy Well Glass.

 

St. MARGARET’S FLOWER FESTIVAL 1st and 2nd October  If you can help with stewarding in church, baking cakes or helping in the church room over the Festival weekend, please speak to Brenda Doy.  There is also a sign-up sheet in the porch.

 

Thursday 13th October, Waveney & Blyth Deanery Wider Chapter – Royal Air Force Air Cadets – the next generation. An evening with the Revd. Canon Ron Tuck Regional Chaplin, 7.30pm at Spexhall Village Hall. All Welcome.

 

MUSIC AT ST MARGARET’S  Sunday, 16th October, Concert in church at 3pm, with Mike Webb on the organ and soloist Joanne Knight.  Tickets available from Sarah, £7.50 or £8.00 on the door.

 

GATHER! is a diocesan youth celebration being held at the Cathedral in Bury St Edmunds on Saturday 29th October, 2016.  It is aimed at those aged 11-17 and will include a variety of workshops, seminars, music and much more. Doors open at 5.30 p.m. with the event running from 6.00 p.m. – 9.15 p.m.  Engaging seminars, Fun workshops, Cage football, Drumming workshop, Arts & crafts, Prayer, Sporting 87, PLUS – Live music from THE SENSE.   Bring your youth group!
