20th November at 2.30 pm in St Edmund’s Southwold the annual St Edmund Day sticky bun service will take place. All welcome.
Saturday 25 November – Holy Trinity will be hosting our hugely popular Blythburgh Christmas Market from noon to 4pm. Over 30 stalls selling local crafts, food and drink, Christmas cards and decorations, plus home-made soups, mulled wine, mince-pies and cakes to fortify you for your Christmas shopping!
Advent Festival – Christians together are once again holding an Advent Festival coinciding with the Southwold Christmas lights Switch on Event on Sat. 25th November from 12noon at the URC, displays, refreshments competitions. Please support us as we raise money for the VHC.
Sunday 26th November – Rededication Service at St. Edmund’s, Southwold 11am service with Bishop Mike Team Evensong with Archdeacon Ian at 6pm. All most welcome.

A Passion Play is being planned to be performed on 26-28 March 2018 for Holy week. This is for all of our churches in Sole Bay to be involved as well as member of our communities. Casting will take place on 30 November in Southwold Arts Centre, St Edmund’s Hall. Cumberland Road at 7.30pm. We are planning a Team Retreat to Iona from 11 – 15 June 2018 led by writer, broadcaster & Parish Priest The Rev Dr Rob Marshall. The cost includes a 3 night stay in the Iona Retreat House, 1 night’s stay in a Glasgow Hotel, half board, return travel by coach, train & ferry between Glasgow and Iona. The inclusive cost is £639.
