Also in Lent there will be a return of the Churches Together Lent Lectures. This year we will be exploring some of the ethical challenges that are before us in the world at the moment, including Just War, human sexuality, the future of marriage, the future for faith education in our schools, our response to refugees and immigration, and assisted dying. These are vital and important subjects that raise questions about the practical application of our faith, and the relevance of the church in contemporary society. All lectures will be at 6pm in Southwold URC on Sunday evenings in Lent, and we hope you will join us.
