A Reflective Day on Being 50+ is being held on Saturday 18th April at the Chapel of St. Felix’s School, Reydon. Led by Revd. Elizabeth Baxter and Revd. Joan Lyon. This day will provide a relaxed space to share day-to-day and spiritual experience of the life we have been given as it is stretched to new dimensions as we mature. Registration with coffee at 9.30am, finishing at 4pm. The cost of the day is £10 with lunch provided. THE ALPHA COURSE Christians Together are running an Alpha course on Wednesday nights at St.Margaret’s, Reydon starting on 22 April. If you would like to be part of the team in hosting the course then do come along to a planning meeting on Thursday 19 March, 7.30pm in the church room. Do begin to think and pray about who you could invite to Alpha. Posters and invitations will be available in the next few weeks. (more details in the current edition of Heart & Sole). Christians Together in Southwold & District are hosting an Alpha course starting Wednesday 22 April 7.15pm at St.Margaret’s Church, Reydon (The first evening will include a meal).
The Alpha Course is a 10 week practical introduction to the Christian faith. It is an opportunity to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed, non-threatening, low key, friendly and fun way. Alpha is a place where no question is too simple or too hostile. Listen, learn, discuss and discover. Ask anything.
